The Bionic Woman (2007) Season 1

When I was a little girl The Bionic Woman starring Lindsay Wagner was one of the shows I would rush home to watch. This was a spin off from The Six Million Dollar Man starring Lee Majors.

It is the new millenia and our bionic woman has, of course, been revamped and modernized. Actress Michelle Ryan plays the role of Jamie Sommers (aka The Bionic Woman) in this revamp of the popular 70s science fiction series.

I'm going to give this revamp a chance, just as I did with the revamped Dr. Who. I hope it lives up to my expectations and yours.

Lord knows how much I miss that vibrating glass chandelier sound effect that accompanies every feat of strength. I wonder if they have that too for the revamp.

And she's not worth Six Million Dollars anymore rather 50 Million.Inflation has caught up with the world of Bionics as well.

This is also a nice re-imagined series. Ganda ng mata ni Michelle, she deserves the part.

Her nemesis here: the first bionic woman was portrayed by Katee Sackhoff --- Lt. Starbuck in the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica.

You may also need watch the actual Pilot, slight differences with the pre-air.

One is Jaimie's teen sister -- from deaf punk brat into just punk brat...

The problem with too much download is what do I watch first... =(
