Description:
This sauce is to be used with the Caramelized Salmon With Irange-Shoyu Glaze as garnishing and flavoring.

Yield: about 1/4 cup (2 oz.)
Portion size: 1 tbsp. (1/2 oz.)

Ingredients:
1/3 c. balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Combine the vinegar and soy sauce in a non-reactive pan and reduce to a syrup.
