Description:This is a nice decoration for ice cream and other creamy desserts.
Portion size: 15 to 30 g.
Ingredients:- 75 g. powdered sugar
- 50 g. bread flour
- 10 g. ground almonds
- 30 g. butter, melted
- 50 g. egg whites
- 13 g. water
Directions:- Sift the powdered sugar and bread flour together. Add in the ground almonds.
- Whisk in the butter and egg whites a little at a time. Thin out the mixture with water.
- Place a spoonful of the batter on a silicon mat or grease-proof paper. Spread using a palette knife. Use a stencil, if desired.
- Bake at 190 degrees celsius until golden brown.
- While still hot, form the tuiles into the desired shapes.
