Description:
This is a nice decoration for ice cream and other creamy desserts.

Portion size: 15 to 30 g.

Ingredients:
  • 75 g. powdered sugar
  • 50 g. bread flour
  • 10 g. ground almonds
  • 30 g. butter, melted
  • 50 g. egg whites
  • 13 g. water


Directions:
  1. Sift the powdered sugar and bread flour together. Add in the ground almonds.
  2. Whisk in the butter and egg whites a little at a time. Thin out the mixture with water.
  3. Place a spoonful of the batter on a silicon mat or grease-proof paper. Spread using a palette knife. Use a stencil, if desired.
  4. Bake at 190 degrees celsius until golden brown.
  5. While still hot, form the tuiles into the desired shapes.
