Description:This goes nicely with panna cotta.

Portion size: 1/4 cup (2 oz.)
Ingredients:150 g. granulated sugar
90 ml. water
Orange segments from 2 oranges
Directions:- Place the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Cook the sugar mixture until amber in color. Remove from the heat.
- Toss in the orange segments.
