Description:
This goes nicely with panna cotta.

Yield: 1 cup
Portion size: 1/4 cup (2 oz.)

Ingredients:
150 g. granulated sugar
90 ml. water
Orange segments from 2 oranges

Directions:
  1. Place the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Cook the sugar mixture until amber in color. Remove from the heat.
  3. Toss in the orange segments.
